Plants Vs. Zombies Coming to Xbox

PopCap’s very popular Plants vs. Zombies will have a new addition to the series next February with PvZ: Garden Warfare. An announcement was made today that Plants vs. Zombies will release in North America on February 18 of next year, and shortly after in Europe on the 20th.

Garden Warfare will release on Xbox 360 and Xbox One; with exclusive SmartGlass and Kinect capabilities on the Xbox One. The SmartGlass gameplay in Boss Mode will allow the player to view the map from a tactical view and plan their attacks and defenses with more convenience. It’s been said that on all platforms Garden Warfare will include 10 maps, four-player co-op, as well as 24-player multiplayer action, which should be extremely fun and challenging.

The game will, of course, be available on PC as well, releasing on these same two dates. We’re not sure when or if an iOS or Android version will be released, but many smartphone and tablet owners are hoping so. I’ll stay on top of this story and make sure to update with any new information. Thanks for reading, and play hard.
